Let's get started
Using our service couldn't be easier. See how 6 step process from start to finish below.
1. Initial Chat
Our initial conversation, whether by telephone or email, will establish the scope of the photography required. We will discuss which rooms should be photographed and which can be excluded. Additionally, we will identify any key features of the property, such as a feature fireplace, landscaped garden, or striking staircase, that you would like to highlight in the images. We will also address practical arrangements, including parking near the property and any tips on preparing the house in advance, such as decluttering and moving personal items.
2. The Brief
Following our initial conversation, a detailed brief will be prepared for the photographer. This brief will outline the rooms to be photographed and highlight any special features of the property that you wish to emphasise
3. Book a time slot
After the chat and whilst we prepare the photographers brief you can choose a time slot for the photographer to visit. It is at this point you will be required to pay a non refundable deposit to secure the time slot.
The time slot can be rescheduled one time if circumstances mean that you cannot make the appointment, as long as you inform us at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise the deposit will be lost.
4. On the day
When the photographer arrives, briefly show him/her around the property so that he can become familiar with the layout. Now would be appropriate to point out key features of the property that were mentioned during the briefing. He will also look for personal items or any other 'clutter' that may need to be removed from the room.
The photographer will not move personal items or furniture from room to room for you as his time will be limited, that is your responsibility. Ensure that each room is prepared in advance. We will send you a helpful guide on how to prepare a room in advance.
5. Take Delivery
After the photographs are taken and have been edited, you will be required to pay the balance and given access to a portal where you can download the images for your own use, along with a marketing kit of social media formatted images, video presentation of the images, and a shareable property information link. You can use these items to promote your property or share them with your estate agent. The portal will be active for up to one year.
6. Share The marketing kit
The marketing kit includes a presentation website, downloadable images, engaging video reels, ready to use social media formatted images ready for sharing, marketing graphics, teaser videos, and downloadable property flyers, and a shareable property information website.
